Due to this process minor pin holes, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@earthstore.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@earthstore.in

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be picked up by our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.
Shipping Rates
For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.
For COD Orders: We charge a nominal additional Cash on Delivery fee as per the cart value.
Please note that for orders above ₹2000, we recommend prepaid payments to enhance your shopping experience with faster processing and improved order accuracy. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders exceeding ₹2000. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our commitment to your convenience and security.
