1. Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our stoneware and ceramic items are 100% microwave and dishwasher safe. Exception: Products featuring real gold/silver decals or hand-painted metallic rims should never be used in a microwave and are best hand-washed to preserve their luster.
2. Why is there a slight variation in print or color?
Our ceramics are high-fired and often hand-glazed. Due to the nature of kiln-firing, minor variations in color tone and print placement are inevitable. These are not defects but a testament to the authentic, artisanal process of The Earth Store.
3. How do I maintain my wooden items?
Our wooden platters and tools are natural products. To prevent cracking or warping: (1) Do not soak in water. (2) Hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. (3) Periodically rub with food-grade oil to maintain the grain's health.
Orders & Payments
1. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We take extreme care in packaging, but ceramics are fragile. If you receive a damaged item, please share a mandatory unboxing video with us on WhatsApp (+91 99534 00015) within 48 hours. We will send a free replacement immediately after verification.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before they are dispatched—whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. Bulk/B2B orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and Digital Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India for retail orders.
